I am looking for women aged 18+ who play football and have leg pain that’s lasted more than 3 months

The Jing Method™ includes hot stones, trigger point work, fascial work, acupressure and stretching.
Who can take part?
✅ You’re eligible if:
You’re a woman aged 18+
You play football recreationally once a week
You’ve had leg pain for over 3 months (hamstring, quad, calf, knee, hip)
❌ This study isn’t suitable if you:
Had surgery in the last 3 months
Are pregnant
Have leg pain that began less than 3 months ago
What does it involve?
✍️ Observation Phase: Weeks 1–6
🗓️ 21 July – 25 August 2025

Complete a 2-minute questionnaire each week
✋ Treatment Phase: Weeks 7–12
🗓️ 1 September – 12 October 2025
💆♀️ In-person massage sessions:

Week 7 – w/c 1 Sept: 80 mins (consultation, massage, self-care)

Week 9 – w/c 15 Sept: 60 mins (massage, self care)

Week 11 – w/c 29 Sept: 60 mins (massage, self care)
🧘♀️ Online group rehab sessions:

Week 8 – w/c 8 Sept: 40 mins online group rehab
